三、申请人资格

1. 品行端正、身体健康且愿意遵守中国相关法律法规和学校规章制度的外籍人士；
   Foreigners who are well-behaved, in good health and willing to abide by relevant Chinese laws, regulations and school rules;
   
   
2. 来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；来华攻读学士学位者，须高中毕业，年龄在18周岁以上25周岁以下；
   Applicants for Bachelor's degree studies must have senior high school diploma with good academic performance, between the ages of 18 and 25; Applicants for master's degree studies must have bachelor's degree and be under the age of 35.
   
   
3. 攻读中文授课专业学历教育者，原则上须具备HSK5级证书（180分以上），证书有效期为两年；攻读英文授课专业者，请提供英文水平考试证明，母语为英语的申请者或者前一阶段学历授课语言为英文的申请者免于提供语言水平考试证明。
   HSK level 5 (more than 180 credits) within the two-year validity is necessary for applicants for degree studies of Chinese-taught program: Certificate of English ability is required for applicants for English-taught program. English native speakers or applicants whose latest study is English programs are exempt from certificate.
   
   

四、申请提交材料

1. 经公证的最高学历证明；
   1. Notarized highest diploma; 
   
   
2. 经公证的最高学历学习成绩单；
   2. Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English); 
   
   
3. 护照照片页扫描件；
   3. Copy of passport; 
   
   
4. 目前在华学习者需提供所在学校开具的在学表现证明/出勤率证明及学习成绩单；
   4. For applicants currently studying in China, please provide the academic performance certificate/attendance certificate of your current school and the transcript of your current school; 
   
   
5. 目前在华工作者需提供单位开具的工作情况证明；
   5. For applicants currently working in China, please provide the certificate given by the working place;
   
   
6. 两封副教授以上职称的教师开具的推荐信，用中文或英文书写（仅限申请硕士研究生者提供）；
   6. Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English) signed by professors or associate professors (this is only needed for students applying for graduate degree);
   
   
7. 无犯罪记录证明；
   7. Non-criminal Record Certificate;
   
   
8. 其他可证明学术能力和水平的材料。
   8. Other materials.
   
   

五、奖学金资助内容

• Master degree students 2000 yuan/person/month
  
  
• Undergraduate students 1000 yuan/person/month
  
  

六、申请录取流程

1. 申请学生登录山东师范大学国际学生在线服务系统 [http://sdnu.17gz.org/member/login.do](http://sdnu.17gz.org/member/login.do) 注册并完整填写报名信息，填写完成后提交报名信息（系统操作流程详见附件1）；
   1. Applicants login on the international student online service system of Shandong Normal University [http://sdnu.17gz.org/member/login.do](http://sdnu.17gz.org/member/login.do) to register and submit the application information, (see Appendix 1 for the system operation process);
   
   
2. 留学生工作办公室审核学生资料并通过邮件告知学生初审结果；
   2. International Students Office examines applicants' materials and informs the students of the preliminary results through email; 
   
   
3. 相关学院老师将组织面试（具体安排以通知为准）；
   3. Applicants attend relevant interviews;
   
   
4. 留学生工作办公室根据奖学金额度，向相关部门上报奖学金拟录取名单；
   4. Nominated candidates will be decided on the final appropriation funds of related department;
   
   
5. 留学生工作办公室通过邮件告知学生终审结果；
   5. International Students Office informs the students of the final results through email; 
   
   
6. 留学生工作办公室向被录取学生发送录取确认函。
   6. Office send admission notice to students.
   
   

注： 录取材料是否发放以疫情发展情况及疫情防控部门的相关要求为准，该项目授课方式为网络授课。 The making and sending of admission materials (JW202 Form and Admission Letter) rest on the epidemic development and requirements of related department and online teaching is the only method for this program.

七、其它事项

1. 奖学金期限为录取时确定的学习年限，学生来华后原则上不予延长。 Scholarship duration specified in the admission notice cannot be extended.
   
   
2. 所有奖学金获得者每年需要参加奖学金评审，年度评审主要从学习成绩、学习态度、考勤情况、行为表现以及奖惩情况进行综合评价，作为下一学年是否继续享受奖学金的标准。无故不参加年度评审或年度评审不合格者取消奖学金资格。 All scholarship holders shall take part in Annual Review of Scholarship Status, reviewing students' study result, attitude, conducts, etc. Once failing to participate in or pass the review, scholarship status will be cancelled.
   
   
3. 奖学金生一经录取后，不得变更学习专业。 Once admitted, students are not allowed to shift major in principle.
